Having an issue with sending and receiving MMS on the USA tmobile network?
- Go to your phone settings >> reset network settings.
- Turn the phone off, wait 10 seconds.
- Turn the phone back on.
- Dial #766# – will show a prompt to activate the roaming. This feature activates roaming on T-mobile.
- When the screen pop-ups, click “OK”.
- Wait 10 seconds and the phone’s network settings should be refreshed. MMS and web browsing via 3G/4G/LTE should be totally fine now.
- If still does NOT work, call T-mobile customer service at 1-877-453-1304
