12 January 2009, 14 years ago as of 12 January 2023, the first-ever tweet about Bitcoin went out it was about first ever Bitcoin transaction that was sent successfully. 10.0344 BTC was sent at that time as the first Bitcoin transfer ever.
Today, 14 years ago, the first-ever BTC transaction was initiated by Satoshi, transferring 10 BTC to funnily enough, Hal Finney. He (Hal Finney) created the first ever reusable proof-of-work system for the blockchain ecosystem (RPoW).
